KAINAN SA DAMPA — Restaurant in San Fernando

Our experience at Kainan sa Dampa was extremely disappointing and not worth the price of ₱670 per head. The food quality was subpar, with dishes that lacked flavor and were poorly prepared. To make matters worse, we found a hair on the crab, which was highly unsanitary, and the calamares was undercooked and unsafe to eat and every dish they serve was NOT HOT at all. The service was equally frustrating, as the staff were unaccommodating and showed little interest in assisting us or addressing our concerns. The waiting time was unbearable—it took an hour for the first orders to arrive, and every additional dish required another 30 minutes to an hour. We arrived at 2:00 PM, and by 3:45 PM, the extra food we ordered had still not been served. For a price of ₱670 per head, we expected better food, faster service, and a more pleasant experience. Terrible experience. The only good thing in this place is their space (atleast its spacious).

Food: Ordered Hotdog Silog and Salted Egg Shrimp for me and my wife.

▪️Hotsilog - Asked them what brand of hotdog they serve, told me its "Tender Juicy", but it wasn't. Hotdog also looked like it was cooked by a minor (overcooked, charred, wrinkled)

▪️Salted Egg Shrimp -Can't taste the "Salted Egg" -Shrimp overcooked (Rubbery) -Obviously not newly cooked, Shrimp skin was already hard to remove.

Overall comment: -Foods are not worth it of their prices. Improve product or lower your price. -Remove the big "BUFFET" signage when you guys don't offer buffet. -Not happy with the service. Not...

The restaurant parking policy is just a big discrimination. We went there to eat and try supposedly first time to experience but unfortunately, after parking our tricycle service and we are about to get in the restaurant, the security guard stopped us and told us that the parking space we occupied is only for 4 wheels and he wanted us to drive on the other parking side...we just left the place and promised not to go back anymore...if there's a sign for parking designation then maybe I will understand but there's none...what a...
