Had a ramen, roll and takoyaki. Wife and I had the same verdict. It could have been great. The elements you expect are all there. The dishes look great too. The flavors were just a bit off. Now what I'm about to say will depend on personal tastes. I'm describing it from my experience. The shio broth in the ramen was a little too salty, even for shio. The beef in it was good, noodles were decent and the garnished add-ons were fine. I respect cooks who can boil eggs that turn out with perfectly bright yolks when you cut into them. The dragon roll and takoyaki had the same predicament. They were smothered in mayo and tasted a tad too sweet. It's no Kewpie. This is like thinner mayo they added sugar to. Would I still try out the rest of the menu? Yes. I'll reserve judgement until then.

I recently tried Makimura Ramen Bar and had a great experience. The Original Tonkotsu Ramen was rich and flavorful, with tender noodles that absorbed the delicious broth. The Aka Ramen offered a nice kick of spice, while the Crazy California Maki was fresh and satisfying. The Tempura was crispy and light, making a perfect pairing with the ramen. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it an enjoyable meal. I’ll definitely be back for more!

This one is in the food court... I suggest to stay away from their sashimi since they don't look fresh to me... Their makis and ramen are inexpensive though and worth the try. Their soft boiled tamago is 5/5. On pic: Tonkotsu ramen - php219 Hanzo Maki (spam and egg that's sweet) - php149 Sesame maki (love this one) - php170ish

The tempura was nice the sauce was a bit odd for me tho and the original tonkotsu tasted ok at first but the more i ate it i felt like puking for some reason and maybe its because its my first time eating tonkotsu and I'm still unfamiliar with the taste. the meat was mostly made out of fat parts so i wasn't really a fan of it and the egg was ok not good not bad either. They said it'll take about 25-30mins but they called me to get the food...
