Toll House - SM Telabastagan Branch — Restaurant in San Fernando

I’d like to share some feedback regarding our visit. The cashier name Leah who took our order seemed upset, which made the experience uncomfortable. I understand it was late and my parents were taking some time to decide, but we simply wanted to make sure we ordered correctly.

We ordered two Seafood Barbecue and one Combination Barbecue. However, what was entered instead was Mixed Vegetables. When the food was delivered, the staff insisted that the order could no longer be changed. Later, when the desserts were served, we received Chocolate instead of the Mini Cupcakes with flowers that we originally ordered, and the server appeared visibly upset when we asked about it.

These may seem like small issues, but the overall experience was quite disappointing—especially since we were dining with elderly parents. A bit of patience and understanding would have gone a long way. It would have been appreciated if the staff had apologized for the mistake rather than responding in a dismissive way.

Toll House has always been known for its warmth and Kapampangan hospitality, and that’s why this experience was disheartening.
