Went here and ordered 2 chicken meals, 1 burger steak, 1 palabok and 1 nuggets meal. They said it would take 20 mins. We decided to wait. While waiting someone told us the coke zero isn't available so we changed drinks. When they gave us a drink, it wasn't what we agreed on so we asked again. then someone said coke zero is available so they went ahead and did it. Somehow we were happy but confused.
When we thought the order was finally finished, we asked why it was incomplete. Turns out, the burger steak and palabok isn't available. After waiting for a long time, they said it wasn't punched without even telling us. So we asked if they can just add it, then they said the kitchen was already closed and they ran out of burger patties, so they can't deliver anymore.
We decided to ask for a refund because we made it clear to the cashier that we had to have those meals, if not we won't be ordering anything. They confirmed.
What's funny is that when we asked for a refund, suddenly the meals were available. At this point, we were tired and hungry after waiting for 20 minutes or so and with all the confusion on whether the orders were available or not, we just had to push for the refund. They said they can't.
They eventually gave us a refund after begging to just give it to us because we can't risk having them handle our food after having the conversation we had.
I hope this branch improves their service before closing time. We've been regulars during the day, but our first time to order at night was pure confusion.
We didn't mind that almost all of the items we ordered were out of stock, but the way they handled our questions on why our orders are changing or incomplete, we just can't.
Yes, we have to be understanding because they may be tired. But even so, they should deliver good service and at least be apologetic when they make mistakes on their end instead of just leaving us...

ordering took a while though when 1 customer struggled to use the order kiosk. the cashier insisted all customers line up to that only one machine, but made no effort to assist the struggling customer. when it got pretty obvious that the line was getting longer and people were getting hangry, that's the only time they opened the 2 cashier...
