Jollibee SM City San Jose del Monte — Restaurant in San Jose del Monte

Jollibee SM Tungko branch by far is the worst Jollibee branch I have been to. This is the second time that I experienced a simple take out order to take more than 30 minutes. And I am not the only one complaining when I was there. Another lady was there for longer period than I was and she also had a simple take out order. They should warn the customer during order taking that it would be more than 30 minutes before their order can be served so the customer can decide whether to leave or proceed with the order. If you can eat elsewhere while on SM Tungko, do so and avoid this...

There's no aircon inside the Jolibee. This is a kiddie store and all kids along w mine were all sweaty. All they do is depend the cool coming from the SM mall but there's none inside the store itself. I asked the manager if they can turn on the AC and she just told me it's out. It may work later that night. I will certainly not recommend it to any mom like me. If it wasn't my kids request we won't be eating there but that'd be the last. I'll have to convince my kids that he can choose wherever food stall but not this jolibee in...

The Jollibee was good and My favorite order there is Chicken with spaghetti, Garlic Pepper Rice I think, Choco Mallow Pie and Ice cream coke float. I know they are slow in service and cashier. All of you determine the employee will tired please do not say them they are slow if you are in the situation of them you can easily to be fast.
