Jollibee — Restaurant in San Jose del Monte

Jollibee Tunkong Mannga is very poorly operated and prejudice

It is the only fast food store in Tunkong that requires you to present your papers before entering THE ONLY ONE!!

The Jollibee was not too busy I still waited 20 minutes in line because the cashiers couldn't take an order correctly 3 times while I was waiting they got the orders wrong....

I finally make it to the cashier and they tell me it will be 15 minutes for my order. I immediately walk out...

The Questions I ask is "Is this a fast food restaurant?" 35 minutes is ridiculous!!

All is fine.i ordered breakfast hotdog with black coffee. Coffee taste like I ordered in Carinderia. Sorry for that. Staff are polite, courteous and helpful. Store was clean, they sweep even while customer is eating. ✌️ My.biggest concern NO AVAILABLE WIFI. the manager on duty said it can affect the signal for their machines etc. Reason is fine but not justified. I think it is time to provide WIFI in public. Being one of the top 1000 Corporation in the Philippines, should have.

Review was made for improvement,no other intention. I'm a Jollibee baby and will always be.

The level of service is yet to change. I sense no urgency on the crew assigned for take-out. I also do not sense any sort of considerations for packaging a large order. I had to tell them that they needed to put some scotch tape on top of the lids. I also said that i needed a bigger bag to carry them all at once since they packed them individually. I know it is a Sunday and customers are packed but they've been in this business for awhile now and like I said, I have yet to see any good changes....
