Nestled within the serene confines of Mudita Glamping Resort, Trattoria Altrove is the sole culinary choice in this remote farm resort area. Often, such exclusivity can lead to either an overpriced menu or lackluster offerings. However, Trattoria defies these stereotypes, delivering exceptional stuff at a reasonable price point.
We sampled their Tartufo pizza and caesar salad during dinner. The ingredients were naturally fresh as they're likely sourced from the nearby farm. The pizza, brick oven-cooked to perfection, was a delightful treat.
Breakfasts at Trattoria are equally delightful. We selected the bacon panini and Italian omelette. The omelette, with its pancake-like texture left us intrigued with the surprising inclusion of flavored rice. Can't quite describe the flavor, as it was subtle, but it was satisfying.
Their commitment to freshness extends to the beverages. We had grape juice and their signature lemon-ginger-cucumber mix. The latter, surprisingly sweet, provided a refreshing twist.
The attentive & warm service at Trattoria Altrove mirrors the overall excellence of Mudita Glamping Resort.

Read moreMy family and I visited Trattoria Altrove on the recommendation of a friend while traveling north, looking to enjoy the journey. To put it simply, I was blown away by this hidden gem. Tucked away off the beaten path yet still easy to find, it felt like a paradise crafted with great care, using traditional materials and building techniques. What surprised me also was the cuisine—unexpectedly Italian, paired with a thoughtfully curated wine selection. This is likely due to the foreign owner, whom we unfortunately didn’t get to meet, but I can confidently say he has done an outstanding job creating this place. I highly recommend stopping by and supporting this incredible spot if you're ever...
Read moreThe place and ambiance are superb, but the service is terrible. Staff members don't even greet us or smile. I don't think they're tired because we were the only guests in the restaurant when we arrived. Food took an hour to serve, and the sad part is that we waited too long, and the quality was very bad. The shrimp and salad were not fresh, the pasta was too dry and tasteless, and the lasagna tasted like leftovers reheated in the oven. The chicken was so hard and dry that the kids couldn't even chew it. The pizza isn't worth the price, and honestly, the entire menu isn't worth the cost. In short it's waste of...
