McDonald's — Restaurant in San Pablo

The place is good, newly built unit. One thing that I don't like here during our stop was the cashier was not attentive to order and later on our order was cancelled due to the unavailability of ice... We order float. The cashier was not aware of SC discount or she didn't mind at all. So long to wait before theanager was able to attend our orders... O baka na tapat lang kami na broken hearted sila kaya matamlay ang response sa need ng costumers... Anyway thanks... Babalik? Maybe. Recommend? Maybe.. Or not. Bottom line we are not happy those time with...

Would like to thank them for trying to compensate on my behalf regarding my delivery order through Food Panda w/ a missing item. I was not expecting them to come back to me again after I got voucher from Food Panda - a fact I disclosed to Mcdo staff when they tried to get back to me.

Anyways, I appreciate it all the same. People make mistakes and in this case, they compensated it good enough for me, as its customer, to be fairly satisfied. It is 4.5 but gotta...

Drive thru service is slow and you have to wait in the parking area. While our order was delivered to the parking lot it was missing some ordered items. That relates to more waiting, they took our receipt to check the order and forgot to return it to us. We didn't get go ask for it anymore as we were in a hurry.

The place is new, so the crew are probably new as well, I'm sure...
