I recently celebrated my birthday at this Japanese restaurant, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! The food was delicious, served fresh with authentic flavors, and the best part isโ€”itโ€™s all very affordable. Great value for the quality and portion sizes. The restaurant is also spacious, making it a comfortable place to dine even when it gets busy. The staff were friendly and approachable, and they went the extra mile by letting us borrow a lighter for my birthday cake, which was super thoughtful. One of the highlights was their birthday promoโ€”they let me play a dice game to win a freebie voucher for my next visit! Itโ€™s a fun little perk exclusively for birthday celebrants, and it definitely added to the celebration. The only downside was the long waiting time, especially during peak hours, so a bit of patience is needed. But once seated, the service and food made up for it. Overall, a great spot for affordable Japanese food, friendly service, and a little birthday fun. Iโ€™d definitely recommend itโ€”and would come back again, even just for the food!

Went here when during their opening promo with free unlimited noodles. We ordered kuro ramen + nanban set and aka ramen + oyako don set, and gyoza. Food was great for its price, especially the chicken nanban. It was amazing. Service was a bit slow - waited around 15 minutes for a noodle refill. By the time it was served, ramen got cold already. But it was understandable given the volume of customers during that time. Crew was very accommodating, still. Did not really appreciate the atmosphere because as mentioned, place was jam-packed. But we still enjoyed the food. I wish they could improve their gyoza, though. It was too small and did not taste anything special. I mean, it's a staple side dish alongside ramen, but we did not really like it. Would definitely come back to try their rolls. If you're looking to satisfy your ramen craving, Ramen Kuroda really is a candidate. The broth wasn't overwhelming, but could do more in terms of umami. Their noodles was cooked perfectly. Al dente and really satisfying.

Their food are 100% delicious for me, but have really poor service. There are many times that I don't know if they can hear me or they just ignore me. One time I already shouted just to request for the bill but none of them responded, someone saw me but he said "wait lang po" , and then didn't come back. I hope the servers will have more knowledge to deal with their customers. I was once a server at a resto but I didn't do it this way that's why I'm so disappointed, but will still come back for the food 'cause it's the best!

I haven't reviewed anything for years but the experience here made me. The moment you enter, you'll be greeted by a rude staff - its like a person who wishes to be somewhere else; she sighs every question she asks like we're a bother and had an air of condescension. Just that experience alone will deter you from eating here. We were guided to the end of the place, barely any AC, at least they have a fan. We were led to an unclean table, we requested it to be cleaned. We waited a few minutes before they barely did. We have to clean it ourselves just to have a decent clean table. The...
