KFC — Restaurant in San Pedro

I specifically ordered and asked for leg, wing, thigh parts for the chicken for my 8 pc bucket. For the h&c, i asked for thigh part, its not available so i settled for wing and for my OR just leg, thigh and wing parts only. No breast part please kasi walang kumakain ng breast part sa amin. The cashier nodded. My order were tape so i didn’t bother to check. When I got home, viola! it was all breast! I would’t write this comment if it was the first time. Unfortunately, this is the third time. You can just tell us straight if parts are not available or you need time to cook or if i was willing to wait. Had i known that these were the parts given or that the parts i want were unavailable, i wouldnt have bought at kfc in the first place..Alam mo gutom yung pamilya ko pero walang kumain kasi sa parts na binigay nyo. Your store is the nearest to our place. I can’t say na hindi na ako bibili coz we like it. The service is just poor. Lesson learned, i would always tell the cashier that ill have the parts checked...

Ordered just 2 snacker combo for takeout. Cashier asked me to wait 10 minutes. I agreed. After 10 min, still no order. Had to follow up again, and only then did they start making my order. Followed up again this time with the manager. What's worse is they only made 1, when i ordered two. Had to wait minutes again for them to complete my order. No apologies from anyone. Not even from manager who handed me the order. Probably just normal for them. This branch has failed many times with regards to timeliness of our order so we avoid this branch as much...
