McDonald's — Restaurant in San Pedro

The manager and the server lied to me. I requested for a thigh part chicken and the manager asked (shouted over at) their person in the counter if there's a thigh part available and then she turned to me and said, there is but I needed to wait for few minutes. I said ok. I waited for it and when I got my orders (takeout) I asked the lady in the counter to confirm if they have given me a thigh part, she said yes! But when I got home, it wasn't a thigh part! They should've told me it's not guaranteed instead of straightly saying "yes". They lied to me. And the manager is rude, I greeted her good morning and she did not even response back. She's frowning while the other crews were smiling (which is good because it makes customers feel they are welcome). How did that manager even get that position when she cannot even set an example? Not a good experience. This is my First time being a customer of this branch. Dining area is a mess. A lot of clutter on dining tables left by previous customer. Hard to get the attention of the crew/staffs on duty. Bathroom is gross 🤢🤮. I ordered the food from the cashless kiosk, got the number and the screen prompt says to wait for the food to be served. It have been ages but no food have been served so I went to the claim area and made a follow up. I received a cold fries, cold burger with a very substandard presentation. I did no say anthing nor complain in front of the crew because I was starving so I ate the food I ordered anyway. Maybe next time if im in rhis area I would try Jollibee instead which just...

always be alert when dining here, got my bag robbed here by some so called salisi gang.. a lady with a child companion just to cover their hidden agenda.. asked for a cctv footage from the management but they refused to give it though, they just made us sign some papers so that they'll notify us about any updates for the footage but they never called back.. a group from another table who seems to be a regular customer warned us that those kind of incidents happens often in this particular branch...
