Gobble Avenue: A NOT must try. Atmosphere: You can be enticed by their pretty lights, but the finer details misses the mark. Their chairs and tables show how much wear and tear they've been through. For a restaurant that's trying to be an "authentic" american diner. Their desperate attempt to look like one shows. Their pictures on the wall aren't even plated. They're poorly printed posters. The only positive comment that I can make about their atmosphere is that they've got old tune music that fits the motif and lots of light, neons, and/or otherwise. Service: Their service is sub-par. It shows their lack of staff, and the waitress seems to be juggling a lot of side activities, which makes the waitress inattentive towards their customers. My order was a bacon cheese burger with fries and nestea iced tea, with the side of 6 pieces of chicken wings and a double dutch shake. The waitress handed me my nestea iced tea and the standard napkin and somehow a fork, which begged me to question, why would she hand me a fork? Although my meals don't require any fork or spoon. This made me think that the waitress is overburdened with activity and responsibility that the owner has clearly displayed and makes me think that the waitress is being overworked. Food: I ordered a 6 piece chicken wing, and the flavor is barbecue with a request to make it a bit more hot. The taste of the chicken makes me think that the barbecue sauce was doused with sriracha instead of hot sauce. Because I can barely taste the barbecue flavor. Another order of mine is the bacon cheese burger with fries and a drink, and the drink is a nestea iced tea. The "fries" (thick potato cuts[mojo cuts] instead of actual fries btw) are unseasoned and tasted like it was baked instead of fried, not even peeled and washed properly [I saw patches of dark skins of the potato in my fry] and the burger is your typical homemade frozen burger. Underseasoned and not really much to say about it. It's sub-par at best, Sidenote the iced tea was heavily skimped. I could barely get 4 gulps from it. And lastly, the Double Dutch shake. The shake tasted like ice scramble, and I couldn't really taste the double dutch. Instead, I tasted the Hershey, marshmallows, and powedered sugar. It's basically a large pint of ice scramble. Overall: it's alright to try the restaurant at least once for the atmosphere at best, but I wouldn't really recommend going back to it to eat good. Much more places offer better food at a...

Vanilla Milkshake. 8/10 Was fine. Nothing special.
Homemade Fries. 6/10 Parang mantika ng grilled chicken ang ginamit nila rito. My suggestion: use a more distinct and flavorful dip such as sour cream or lemon mustard instead of the typical mayonnaise + ketchup.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings. 6/10 Didn't taste that good.
Sizzling Pork Sisig. 7/10 Nothing special. Wasn't that flavorful,...
Read moreWe visited this place in June 2023 and had some shakes, a pansit, and a cheese burger. Unfortunately, we were unable to take a picture of the pansit and cheese burger.
Aside from their classic-stylish ambience, there’s nothing exceptional in their menu.
Ps: After finishing our drinks, three of us experienced stomach issues, probably as a result of the shakes we had...
