kafeLando — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

We visited the place yesterday around 6:10 in the evening. Upon arrival, I can't remember if someone from the cafe's team greeted us. We've ordered Lechon Kawali and Pork Chop for dine-in. After paying our bill, we went upstairs to check the ambiance, but we decided to go downstairs since it was quite dark in there and the table was dusty and sticky. After a long wait, our order was served. Lechon Kawali was almost the size of 2 spoons combined, and it was tough while the breaded pork chop was a bit salty and too thin. We left the place unsatisfied with the food we ate. This establishment has a lot to improve. I hope this corrective feedback can help them...

Ka Lando is easy to locate. We arrived there at 2 in the afternoon. The place is not airconditioned but the place is airy and they have lots of electric fans.They serve rice, viands, and a variety of goto (porridge). There are no light meals in this restaurant. Everything is almost rice based. Out of the 7 or 8 goto options, only 3 were available that time. Food is cheap and filling. We ordered the goto tarapilya and we can only eat half of the bowl. It was good but really heavy and there are lots of flies!!! I hope they'll improve on...

This place came highly recommended by my sister-in-law, so we decided to give it a try. The ambiance is quite pleasant, though the second floor could be a bit brighter. The food is definitely worth the price; the portions are generous, and it was good.
