Crew had minor lapse on a special request on our order but this was resolved immediately. One of our two freshly cooked chicken joy had an off-small so we brought this to the attention of the manager who immediately apologized, replaced the food and provided feedback to have the entire batch checked. 111619 - They can't handle rush hours, instead of opening other Cashier counters to accommodate the customers they are just using 2 counter's and they don't know how to anticipate the volume of customer's during weekends No chicken available, you need to wait 30-45 minutes

Awful, awful service. It took them 40 minutes to complete my drive thru order (I could have gone to Alabang, order food from a drive thru, and come back to this place... and still wait for them to complete an order!). And when I complained about their slooooooooooow service, the manager, a person named Justine, didn't seemed to care that service was slow, that a customer was waiting for 40 minutes for an order to be completed... Didn't seemed to care at all!...
