OAK BBQ is one of the authentic Korean Restaurants in Nuvali (if not the only). The Good: 1. They have wide selection of side dishes. 2. They offer unlimited pork + beef + shrimp + shabu shabu + iced tea + 1 Melona Ice Cream for Php 499.00 (This is for 2 hours only). This is better than several commercialized Korean Resto which only offers unlimited meat. 3. Customer service is great. Although, during our visit, there were only few customers around. They refill our meat (and other food) quickly. 4. They provided 2 grillers to us since we are a group of 5. Grilling our meat was easier and was a lot faster What could be improved: 1. Meat (beef and pork) are plain. Unlike in other Korean Resto where they offer differently marinated meat 2. Parking is limited to 5-7 slots

The place is very accesible and has parking space for cars. They have a big place which can accomodate the volume of customers. Customer service was also good, they have attentive and polite personnels. They have variety of food to choose from. They offer unlimited grill for 2 hours which cost from 400-500php. In this buffet they offer grilling and shabu shabu style for cuts of pork, beef and shrimp. One thing that we have noticed is that the exhaust fan is not enough, its a bit smokey inside the restaurant especially when there is a bulk of customers. They also have free melona ice cream for the unlimited promo.

In my recent visit to this restaurant, I was unfortunately let down by the overall cleanliness and inattentive service. Finding the entrance itself proved confusing, and once inside, we were completely ignored by the staff. There was no friendly welcome, no inquiry about our needs, and no attempt to seat us. This lack of attention, on top of the uncleanliness, really put a damper on the dining experience. We ended up leaving because of the inattentiveness. This place was easily the worst Korean restaurant I've ever been to.

In my recent visit to this restaurant, I was unfortunately let down by the overall cleanliness and inattentive service. Finding the entrance itself proved confusing, and once inside, we were completely ignored by the staff. There was no friendly welcome, no inquiry about our needs, and no attempt to seat us. This lack of attention, on top of the uncleanliness, really put a damper on the dining experience. We ended up leaving because of the inattentiveness. This place was easily the worst Korean restaurant I've ever been to.

I don’t know how this got a lot of 5 stars. They only have 4-6 items available from their menu, the rest is unavailable for some reason even though it’s already 2pm. They don’t have available drinks aside from water. Water tastes nasty because of the pitcher they used, it’s not cleaned properly. Kimchi tastes like it’s about to go bad. I’ve tasted kimchis before and it’s not supposed to taste like that. Odeng is burnt, it’s like it was made yesterday and they just reheated it, same goes for all the banchan. Waiting time for the food to get cooked is so long. Place is so freaking hot. And just getting my bill took so long too even though were the only people...
