Concha's Garden Restaurant in Silang, Cavite delivers an excellent Filipino dining experience that successfully combines traditional favorites with creative preparations. The highlights of the meal showcased the kitchen's ability to elevate familiar dishes through quality ingredients and thoughtful execution.
The Ox Tongue Lengua in white mushroom gravy was absolutely delicious, featuring tender ox tongue in a rich, creamy sauce enhanced by the generous addition of roast garlic that added depth and aromatic complexity to this classic Filipino dish. The preparation demonstrated how traditional recipes can be refined without losing their authentic character.
The mango cream fettuccine with shrimp was amazing, representing creative Filipino fusion at its finest. This innovative dish successfully bridged Italian pasta techniques with tropical Filipino flavors, creating a unique preparation that highlighted both the sweetness of fresh mango and the quality of the shrimp.
The Filipino classic dishes including sinigang, sweet-style spaghetti, sizzling pork sisig, and pork liempo were all decent, providing reliable comfort food that met expectations for traditional preparations. While not exceptional, these dishes delivered the familiar flavors that define Filipino family dining.
The restaurant offers a nice ambiance and environment with air-conditioning, spacious layout, and great toilet facilities that create a comfortable dining experience for families and larger groups. The thoughtful amenities enhance the overall experience beyond just the food quality.

My sister ask for her garlic rice the waitress place it at the center. We ask for hot water the waitress gave a cold water. When we ask again and suggesting she put in a cup. The waitress made faces. Its so sad the place used to served good food and service. The waitress was so disrespectful even she was taking to my aunt who is already in her seventies. They dont deserve any star. Parking area is too dark. Stone steps going inside the restaurant are not meant for person with dissabilities. The steps were uneven. There is no warmth in the restaurant. You are welcome with high brows and impatience by the waitress. They didnt even assist seniors on their heavy chairs. They just look. Such a terrible experience. Ang bastos ng waitress nakatambay lang sa counter talking to the manager. Ang tamad tamad magserve lagi...
Read moreThis place is always full especially on lunch time, we had to wait for a table but not very long. they have small space for parking perhaps just 10 cars could fit at once. The service crews are very attentive all the time. The food took long 20-30mins but it's worth it, the taste is perfect and there are many to choose from in the menu. They serve fresh fruit shakes which we enjoyed a lot and their kare kare and sinigang are very delicious.
the interior design takes you back to classic filipino films, it's very beautiful inside the restaurant. it's also air conditioned
The toilets are very well decorated but it was a bit disappointing not to have tissue and bidet. the men's toilet did not have water to flush; it's something people care about so surely a room for improvement.
