On a stretch of road where you’d expect nothing more than dust, diesel, and disappointment, AL Noorani pops up like a fever dream oasis. A gem. The kind of place you stumble into half by accident and leave thinking you’ve discovered a secret the locals forgot to keep.

I’ve never set foot in India—closest I’ve been was Toronto, a city that convinced me Indian food could stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the best meals anywhere in the world. And here, improbably, thousands of miles away, AL Noorani tapped that same vein. The dishes it offered carried the same fire, depth, and unapologetic comfort that took me right back to Toronto. It was absolutely delicious, and I found myself thinking, thank god we found this place, because we’ll be around for a while.

Now, let’s be honest—it wasn’t without its… quirks. Toward the end of our meal, one of the staff wandered straight into the restroom, right in plain view of diners, and proceeded to wash the back of his head, then his feet, no soap in sight. Just a rinse—like a ritual at the sink, water arcing where food, in my mind, should be the only performance. Not exactly appetizing. My only hope? He wasn’t the guy cooking my curry.

But here’s the thing: the food was so good, so worth it, that even that scene won’t keep me away. I’ll just sit somewhere else next time—out of view, where the only thing on my mind is naan, spice, and the miracle that a place like this exists...

Really I gave it 2.5 stars. The food was way overpriced and in my humble opinion, not properly made the way ive eaten Pakistani Biyrani in Dubai as well as the shwarma was different with a ground up chicken. Rather than slices. The service was slow. Took well over 1 hour and 10 minutes to get any food. The atmosphere is so bland. Really I want to eat sitting on a couch? I felt like mini me, barely able to reach my food. Also all the food is cooked outside DOWNSTAIRS, leaving the staff to carry it up stairs than through the front door. There is no ambiance to mention, no middle eastern smell or music. Just some ridiculous BAD filipino music on a video screen. Bland music, bland atnosphete. the whole concept was bland. We are not there to listen to bad filipino music and sit on uncomfortable couches. The ONLY redeeming factor is they have PARKING! what a concept, actual parking. Close down and revamp the kitchen in house and for god sakes redesign that place. You should run a special, Buy dinner, have a couch to take home. Buy tables! The food was OK. If I ever eat there again (because easy to park). But this time I would be prepared for the slow service and over priced food. ...

Very Perfect Place if you want to eat middle east cuisine go there and you will never regret. Im sure you will come back again. The food was so great. And the staff was very accomodating and hospitable. They are easy to reach out ...

But while I was smoking outside while it was raining heavily. I saw a waiter carrying food up, he was carrying an umbrella but not to protect himself but to protect the food he was carrying. imagine the tray of food he was carrying was so big. No matter what umbrella he used, the food was still getting rained on. I was surprised because their kitchen was downstairs. As the waiter went inside, I peeked at the stairs and I was even more surprised because the stairs leading to the kitchen didn't have a roof. Just a few minutes later, a woman came out running down to the kitchen while it was raining heavily.. And when she was going up, she got even more wet as if she had taken something from their kitchen downstairs. I hope the RESTAURANT OWNER can find a way to deal with this situation, especially since it's not just the food that's getting rained on, but also...

spacious with high ceilings, featuring traditional lanterns and accents that evoke a modest but authentic Pakistani/Indian atmosphere . Offers air-conditioned dining with ample parking—a plus for groups and families . Serves authentic Pakistani and Indian dishes like biryani, pulao, curries, roti/nan, and samosas. Chicken Curry rich in flavor and Garlic Naan, both gaining high praise . Portion sizes are generous, intended to feed 2–4 people—prices online range between ₱300 to ₱600 per dish . Focus on authentic, flavorful cuisine over fancy presentation . Great value for money, especially if sharing larger dishes . Good ambiance and comfort, with A/C and adequate parking . Prices ₱300–600 per dish; overall good value Service Helpful owner Recommended For: Fans of Pakistani/Indian cuisine looking for hearty, flavorful dishes. Groups or families who appreciate generous portions and casual dining. Mabait may ari may pa FOC pa at ang daling kausap! Babalikan šŸ˜‰
