Jollibee — Restaurant in Siquijor

Again I am extremely disappointed in jollybee siquijor. I had a complaint last week that was dealt with by a female manager, who incidentally really tried to address my concerns unlike her male counterpart who could not care a less about customer relations nor service Giveing them another opportunity I returned today. The Aloha burger is good the service was OK but again I requested coke zero no ice when it was served with ice the young lady tried to just scoop out the ice and I requested a fresh drink. She was belligerent and I think she would have been happier if she could have thrown the drink at me she did not but her attitude really left a lot to be desired. I am a regular at this establishment as its the only fast food available in Siquijor. There seems to be a real disconnect between the employees and the customers like they really do not wany to be here. They need more training in customer relations. And be a little more appriciate of the job they hold and if they really do not wast to be in this trade they should either be let go or leave. Management is lacking and the absence of the franchisee is very evident with the don't care...

They are literally the friendliest staff. In January, my family and I ordered a hefty amount of food to take away. We didn’t need to wait that long for the food to arrive. The order-taker was proficient and fast, the security was so helpful, and everything was wrapped beautifully, so I thought. After we left the building, we went down near the SSS building because that’s where my family parked our vehicles. Then I heard someone calling for me, “Maam! We forgot to give you another bag containing the rest of your order! We went looking around for you.” I was so surprised to see two Jollibee staff on a motorbike. I thought we left with a complete order. They said that they recognised my hair and they would feel so bad if they weren’t being honest. They were willing to go down the jetty because they thought I boarded a ferry. I appreciated them so much because the rest of my family would have been left hungry that night. Food here is the typical Jolibee food. Great! However, I rated it 3-stars because I had a not-so-good experience with their crew especially the ones taking your order. She wasn't exactly paying attention to what I ordered and so i waited for my take-out for 30 minutes. She told me that I needed to wait for the sundae because they just filled it in and I understood that. But the other cashier noticed me and she came to me and asked what my order was. So she went to get it for me. The sundae was already ready and yet the other cashier who's just making chikka with the other cashier didn't mind me waiting at all. I can't make a follow-up because I ordered other meals and I have two bags with me which I can't leave...
