Jollibee Bislig — Restaurant in Surigao del Sur

Every time I try to order a single spicy leg, they act like it's pulling teeth. Like they can't do it.

Then, one morning for breakfast, I went to get the pancake sandwich, which was 2 pancakes, egg, cheese, and bacon... but they said they didn't have it, that I couldn't order it. When I inquired further, come to find out it was because they were out of bacon. No problem, give me the sandwich without the bacon... but NOOOO, they couldn't do that. They acted like no bacon meant the sandwich was impossible to make. I asked if they had pancakes, they did. I asked if they had eggs, they did. I asked if they had cheese, they did. So I told them to make me the bloody sandwich without the bacon, and it looked like I shorted out get brain or something, like making the sandwich without bacon was some brand new concept. Do they never have people that don't eat pork come in and order things without bacon? Anyways, they had to get a manager involved, and after what felt like an eternity, I finally got the okay to order a pancake sandwich without the bacon.

We know that customers are not always right, even though one of the company's rules is "Customer is always right," which is actually not fair for the worker. However, when an establishment receives many complaints from customers with the same issues, e.g., service ranging from not good to horrible, or crew members not being polite without valid reasons, then the management should listen to these complaints. This includes not only complaints from the customers but also from the staff or crew. That's how a business will thrive, and "Team Work"...

Jollibee is supposed to be a FAST FOOD chain,but here in Bislig feels like a $ restaurant not because of the price but because of the time it took them to prepare the food(fyi we didn't ordered a bunch see pic), it took them almost 40 minutes to prepare it and worst is that the food I ordered which is palabok, is cold and we thought that it's because of the palabok that took them so long.I couldn't complaint because I was hungry even though it really taste bad.Would not recommend this for people who want quick food up...
