Jollibee Abucay Drive Thru — Restaurant in Tacloban

just today (lunch time) I ordered in the drive thru of jollibee abucay 6pcs bucket chickenjoy and requested leg and thigh part, 6pcs burger steak platter, 1 spaghetti family platter and a jumbo fries. the chicken was fine except the breast part that they have mixed in the bucket, it was so dry and it seems like it was there for a long time, same as the burger steaks and worst the pasta of the spaghetti was so over cooked the only food that I have no complain was the jumbo fries, service and atmosphere is good but still all goes down together...

This newly opened drive thru and dine in Jollibee Abucay branch is the worst in all branches here in Tacloban. They serve the fried chicken, sometimes overcooked or undercooked. The gravy serving size is hilarious. Service is very poor. The crew are not accommodating unless you make the first move. Although the place has a nice ambiance and atmosphere. Still the overall service is what matters Not...

Service 3/5 - quick & efficient. Staff was kind although she made a few mistakes, she made sure to be courteous.
