Read moreThe ambiance is great and the history of the place is absolutely touching and inspiring. Inside you'll see upcycled pieces from the ruins left behind by super typhoon Yolanda. The only negative thing I noticed about the place is the poor water supply in the toilet. Aside from the coffee, the place offers pastries from cookies (18php) to blueberry cheesecake (130php). I think they also offer pastas and sandwiches but I wasn't able to check their menu. They have frozen brazo de mercedes too! Unfortunately, I haven't tried it as well. I ordered the normal brazo which wasn't bad at all!😋 I would say you-get-what-you-paid-for 40php 😉 Now, about the coffee. I ordered the Karlo's Best frappe which includes ice cream blended into the coffee-ice mix. It has some chocolate bits too. Personally, I should have requested for another shot of espresso. I think it will make my drink much better. It was not bad. It's just ok. Overall, I really recommend for you guys to check this place out when you are in Tacloban. It's a nice place to study, catch up with friends or even meet up your clients or partners. Let's support local businesses!
3 ⭐ means average for me. Meaning, it's not so good but it's not so bad. It's ok. But that's just me. Haha give it a try...
