Wow! This place is superb and greatly exceeded our expectations!
Visited here Wednesday lunch and it is not so crowded. We received the best service! All staff are accommodating. All staff promptly catered to our requests.
I was quite surprised by the food quality too! They're delicious! We had beef short ribs - π π π π π (full of flavor but doesn't overwhelm so you can eat it solo) salmon - π π π π π (cooked perfectly and melt in the mouth with the inside rarity that I like. The crisp tapioca at the top also adds a contrasting crunch to the velvety texture of the salmon. Love it!) arugula salad - π π π (I didn't like that it has a pink dressing that doesn't look appetizing. The dressing could use some acid too) seafood paella - π π π π (took too long to arrive. I guess I made a mistake on this one as the entrees are already too flavorful and adding another too flavorful rice is too much. But the crisp rice at the bottom and seafood are okay.) carrot and ube cake - π π π π π loved both! Ube cake so smooth. Loved the nuts on the carrot cake. Given as complimentary as the paella really took too long to arrive so we appreciate this gesture.
Those roaming Silkie chickens are just so adorable they added to our delight π
The ambience. The restroom. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ This open space is so airy. The plants so relaxing. The fountains calming. We'll definitely come back here and it has become our favorite place.
Be ready to wait if you visit cause food takes a little while to arrive. We didn't mind it that much so we didn't get mad. π
Update : 2nd time coming here Lobster bisque soup - taste is too overwhelming. Won't order again. Seafood mix sticks - all my favorite seafood in one stick (scallop, salmon, prawn, squid). Again, I'm not too sure if the sauce matches the taste of the seafood. But okay overall. All items cooked perfectly. Jasmine rice - yep. Good for 2 persons. I loved my ube coconut latte; he loved his cold brew and the reordered beef short...

They serve heritage classic cuisine inspired by the homey houses in the countryside.
Here are our recommended dishes for you to try: Appetizers: π«Seared Foie Gras CanapΓ©s - served with different jams. I love it best with fig jam. πEscargots A La Maison - with butter garlic parsley and puff pastry, season with a bit of salt Salad: π₯Tableside Kale & Romaine Caesar Salad- prepared fresh literally at your tableside Pasta: Truffled Mushroom & Cheese Cappelletti - you know the simple delish flavor combination
Mains: π₯©Steak to Share: 21-day dry-aged bone-in US Angus Ribeye 800g served with your choice of 2 sides and 2 sauces. We got creamed spinach and potato gratin. Make sure to get the gratin. For the sauce, we prefer the Merlot Bordelaise sauce. - Medium-rare is our personal doneness preference because meat is tender with a slightly toasted crust then seasoned with a bit of salt and pepper before pouring in the sauce. π£Chef's Famous Melting Salmon - perfectly cooked and definitely melting in your mouth with a unique burst of asian flavors.
Drinks: Both refreshing complimenting the season πJolly Green Monster πStrawberry and Mango Iced Tea Desserts: π°We got barely some room for dessert after that hearty meal but we can't ignore a decadent slice of caramel cake with a birthday greeting.
Servings are good for sharing. Prices are reasonable taking in the vibrant garden ambiance and the warm service of managers and staff alike. Including the cuddly Silkie chickens Gonzo, Ike and Tina, who are now gaining popularity in social media! We also bought freshly baked breads and some of those fig jams that I love. We will definitely be back with our fam and friends.

Β Β Β Read moreGreat food and ambience, but customer service needs A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT π₯² Extremely rude service from some staff members.
Booked a table for 2 (garden area) for valentine's dinner 2 weeks prior. Upon arrival, front desk assigned us to an indoor seat for 4 people. Had to ask 2 staff members to move us to a 2 seater table as it was kinda awkward to have an intimate dinner in such a large table, but it looked like the 2 staff members didn't even bother looking for another table and looked kinda annoyed that we asked π The male staff member even had the gall to tell us "pag may umalis nalang po saka po kayo lumipat"- even though there were multiple vacant 2-seater tables π The female staff member we asked said "ask ko po if may ibang seat"- then after 5 minutes, we saw her chitchatting and laughing with her fellow staff. She didn't even bother attending to our request! Good thing our salad was served by a higher-up staff, we only had to ask him once and he immediately looked for and prepared a more intimate, 2-seater table for us.
Food was superb though. Almost everything we ordered was delish especially the arugula salad, truffle pasta and the chicken relleno! Drinks were kinda okay-ish, the butterfly iced tea tasted diluted. Ice cream for dessert was bomb af (get the dark chocolate one!) π€€.
Ambience was great and peaceful, they also have a pianist! Overall, we would dine again BUT, it would be appreciated if the service could be improved. Some staff members (not all) were kinda rude and dismissive. Our experience with the 2 staff members kinda diminished our mood, good thing the food was great π.
Hope you improve on customer service, especially when you welcome guests by greeting us "welcome home".
Oh and, it says on the receipt that there was "complimentary bread", but we were not...
