Jollibee — Restaurant in Taguig

I rarely rate low since I always look on the brighter side of any establishments I go to. But this particular incident made me so that this specific jollibee branch might do better after this review, hopefully.

Taguig resident here ever since, so regular customer na ng jollibee lower bicutan. The food is nice, jollibee, it’s always the service lang talaga. it takes too long to pay for the order kahit nagka-kiosk but understandable since wala pa silang cashless payment sa kiosk.

and this, ang tagal magtawag ng order. this happened to me again tonight, I waited na matawag yung number as instructed, 20mins passed and wala pa rin. Nung pumunta na ako sa counter matagal na pala nandun yung order ko, lumamig na yung food. I don’t know if nakalimutan lang or what pero I understand so kinuha ko na lang yung order ko after checking the receipt if it’s the same number as mine.

This is not a rage or anything to destroy the establishment’s reputation. It’s constructive criticism ✨ and I hope I did construct my review in that way 😬

This place has been renovated recently.. -Mas maganda na yung dining area, senior citizens seats are placed right in front of the cashier.. Para nga naman di na sila umakyat sa 2nd floor kasi medyo mataas ang aakyatin nila just in case. -They have enough kids chair. -Crews are Helpful, Respectful and moves fast enough to accommodate the customers.. A staff gave us the wrong order and forgot a meal we ordered. My sister ordered mix n match, spag and coke float—they forgot the spag. My sister inquired them patiently but a staff who wasn't even the one who took our order commented "Huh, parang wala namang kulang ah." It was stressful lol. I ordered two C1s and my drinks were coke but they gave me two coke floats. My money was wasted. Ik you're open 24/7 but...
