parking space is very limited it can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars only.

Ground floor is very hot, you'll sweat heavily while just waiting for the food you ordered. Go to the second floor if you want a cool place.

The food you ordered will take a long time of waiting. they will tell you that it will take only 10-15 minutes but NO! it will take around 30-45 minutes! the service here is slow!

when you order something make sure that you already ordered everything because you will wait another 30-45 minutes for the follow up order. if you want to take out a Halo halo it will take also 30-45 minutes! very disappointing.

No chicken sauce, soy sauce you need to ask for it.

Rice is very sticky too much water I guess.

The CR is not that clean, but its manageable.

The first few months this branch was pretty bad. They opened too early and they were still constructing an area in the back. Workers carried sacks of cement and logs from the front door to the back. It was also raining, and water splashed everywhere. There was a bad smell and the service was too slow and disorganized. I think they were still adjusting. Now, the service is better. Last time I was there they were doing a survey regarding the service. I think they're listening to the customers and are improving their ways. There's still a room for improvement, but I'm glad they're taking notes and slowly getting better at serving...

I frequent Mang Inasal because the taste of their chicken is one-of-a-kind and value for money! The last visit though was unsatisfactory. The C5 branch in Taguig is not service-oriented. They served food without utensils and was made to wait for 5 mins to have it provided which caused my food to be cold. They're also not attentive to the needs of the customer. Your loyal customers expect to be provided with soup and water when they order; not to seem like you need to beg for it....
