I would highly recommend Heritage Memorial Park to those who dont have any memorial plans yet and even for those who already have an existing plan.

The staff are all very professional and take their role very seriously and are really committed to help in making an unfortunate circumstance very manageable and offer their expertise to give the best send off to our departed loved ones.

I got to the chance to work with Ms Lea in 2024 and Ms Tin in 2025 as our funeral director and I can honestly say that they have made the whole experience with Heritage really plesant and helped us tremendously in managing the cremation ceremonies and the wake as well as the inurnment planning and arrangment. The service they have given me and my family goes beyond work. They offer comfort not just through words but most especially in actions and their expertise.

From the initial enquiry and the planning for the services availed in house and from other suppliers they have worked with us closely not just to upsell but to recommend the best services available that would make our stay in Heritage a very meaningful and memorable one.

Their recommendations for the urn engraving, receiving of flowers from guests and arranging inside/outside the chapel, meal catering, officiating priest for mass services, photo/video coverage were excellent and we were given the best packages and services that we needed. The routing of government documentation as well were well taken care and we were given guidance on the requirements and timeline needed. There was not a time where we had to follow up as they are very proactive and already had answers and updates even before you ask!

On days and specific times that they were not available due to their shift schedule, we were endorsed to other staff who took care of us very well. Special thanks also to Mark, Albert, Josh and Jordan who were always there to help us whenever we needed assistance.

As difficult as losing a family member and loved one is, our Heritage, through our funeral directors have made our experience very memorable! They are very friendly and approachable without compromising professionalism, expert management and full optimation of what Heritage Memoral Park has to offer to their clients. We have chosen this place for our loved one because the place is well kept, secured, even if you leave flowers and candles, no one will steal them unlike in other cemeteries where your flowers will be stolen on the same day after you leave the place. The staffs who clean the place have respect for the departed, they only remove dried and wilted flowers.

Tents can be requested in the admin.office in advance for a fee if you don't like to put up one by yourself, even tables and chairs can be rented from them. Restrooms are available beside the Pavilion Columbarium and at the Admin./Sales ofc. very near the gate. There are two sides of Heritage Park with different entry point. Where you need to cross Bayani Road. Be specific which side are you in, we learned that lesson when we ordered food delivery and the rider got confused and went on the other side instead.
