McDonald's Mabini Hway Tanauan — Restaurant in Tanauan

We came from Manila and we were supposed to eat dinner at this branch before going home. The guard on duty was not polite at all telling us that we have to remove our car because they are waiting for a delivery and it is their "priority". There were other cars parked there. He could have offered us to double park or to park for a while in the delivery area so we can have our meal. We can always move our car anytime.

My two sausage cheese McMuffins with egg were not edible. The buns were super hard (stale overheated). Almost no cheese. Sausage was overcooked. Feeding it to my dogs. This is the only McDonalds that ruined my breakfast. Avoid this branch like the plague. Strange smell outside where we pay for meals. Their burgers are not what you see advertised. They are thin, overcooked, dry, taste like dog food, and overpriced. Their order takers are notorious for getting orders incorrect. Do you and your children a favor. Order your fast food...

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I’ve ever been to. The floor is littered with bones, sauces, and trash, and the service is terrible. It took over 30 minutes to get two meal sets, and someone had to go to the counter and complain before they sped up and actually checked what the problem was. The store manager was hiding in the back and did nothing to resolve the issue.

If you can’t do your job properly, just shut down the store and stop tarnishing...
