KFC — Restaurant in Tanza

Poor Customer service😔 I was next in line and to think 2 POS are open.,but only one was taking the orders. When it's my turn the crew only turn her back with out telling me to wait for more minutes and as I was waiting there the line gets longer. There are many crew inside the counter and kitchen roaming around it seems like they don't have coordination with their assinged counters. Bad experience in this branch. Ordered on the new year’s eve and the assign manager who was taking my order did not inform me that the combo I am ordering was not available. She let me order and pay. I only learn that the fries were unavailable when I saw her switching it with rice instead. And I tried to talk to her but she ignored me by talking to another customer. First of all I love KFC pero yung staff sa store na to ay nakakainis. Nagorder ako for takeout, dalawang beses ko pa inulit yung order ko since di narinig nung unang sabi ko then nagbayad na ko. Di inulit or cinonfirm ng cashier kung ano yung order ko, okay lang kase isang item lang naman order ko. Then nung binigay na yung item naka dine-in and mali, sabi ko take out po order ko tas sasabihin ko palang na mali ata napunch nung cashier is tumalikod na yung staff para ipack yung item so pagkabigay ko nalang sana sasabihin. Pagkalapag sa counter kinausap naman nya yung isang customer although sabi ko mali po ng napunch yung cashier di nya ko pinansin, kaya dun sa isang staff nalang na malapit din ako nagsabi ulit. Pero di nya ko tinitignan patuloy lang sya sa ginagawa nya, di ko alam kung nagbibingibingihan lang ba sya or di nya talaga ako naririnig kahit ilang beses na ko nagsasalita. Umalis nalang ako since di naman ako pinapansin, sana next time confirm nyo yung order ng customer kase di naman complete name ng item yung nasa receipt so akala ko tama since parehong shots item yung order ko dapat and yung maling napunch. And sana kung may nakausap sa inyo wag kayong bastos na parang walang naririnig.
