Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Tanza

Bad dining experience here at mang inasal puregold tanza.first I ordered pm2 chicken but the cashier said no chicken available and offer me a pork sisig that was nice customer service,then after i odered pork sisig that was 6:43 pm I went to the vacant table to wait for my order, I noticed few guest count that time so i was assuming to serve my food on time, 7:27 I was looking for the manager or any incharge in the store but i dont see any.,then i ask one dining staff to follow up my order then the staff check my order and confirmed that it was not already prepared,at that time the manager comes out and check about my concern so i insist to cancel my order because i am waiting for almost 40 mins,i ididnt heared sorry from them thats the saddest part of my dining experience at mang inasal tanza, calling the attention of the owner to give attention to the customer service...

Food is what you expect, albeit the bitterness of the charred parts. Service was dismal at best, took too long to serve and lacked personnel to buss tables and keep the dining area neat and tidy. The only manager in duty kept to the register and didn't help with dispatching food to...

Had a really bad experience on this Mang Inasal. Yung mesa hindi pinupunasan ng maigi. Kulay chicken oil. Yung lagayan ng chicken oil, toyo at suka at mukhang di napalitan for quite some time. Yung kutsara at tinidor malapit sa counter parang hindi hinugasan. May tira-tirang kanin. Sinabihan ko yung tao sa counter about sa kutsara at tinidor. Tinanguan lang ako na huhugasan. Tanaw ko sa upuan ko, mauubos na ang kutsara at tinidor di man lang nila kinuha para hugasang muli. Waited for 15 mins para sa chicken, pero nung ni-serve, ang kuya na nag-serve basa ang kamay. May naiwan pang butil ng tubig sa plato galing sa kanyang kamay.
