I had a horrible experience at Shakeys tuguegarao today.i got a poor customer service,we got into the establishment and when we are ready to order, i call the attention of the crew she just stared at us and went ahead to take orders from other people even tho we were there before the person she was serving , and after serving them she still didn’t take our order and went behind the counter and began having conversation with the cashier leaving us standing there! Great atmosphere, super professional, accommodating and friendly ng staff. Even the small gestures were there - opening the door for you and not closing it until you've left the front steps to your car. Offering to take your group photo etc.

We came around 3pm and it rained while we were inside. Unfortunately may leak and dun mismo sa table (ibang table) nag leak yung ulan. Sana ma fix nila.

Food was great BUT sinong chef ang nag opt na gamitin ang margarine for their garlic bread instead of butter? It ruined it for me. Hindi naman ganun kamahal for Shakeys para isubstitute nila ang butter for margarine. Grabe iba talaga yung lasa. Sana next time gawin na nilang butter.
