Jollibee - Malanday — Restaurant in Valenzuela

Drivr thru experience is terrible for the 3rd time. 1st instance was no available catsup sachet(which should be basic, right?). 2ns instance was the unavailability of premium burgers(aloha,cheesy bacon) and the most recent one where we paid for a cheesy bacon burger asked to wait for 7 minutes and we were given a regular cheeseburger. We had to go back to the store after realizing the mistake. They replaced it but the hassle was awful. Staff needs to be trained properly. It's a drive thru so fast and efficient service...

The cashier is not responsive, they just want to finish taking orders quickly without finishing the customer orders.

Took 45 mins before receiving the food. Staff from the Front of the house take too long to respond and not accomodating.

They are not approachable and just, saying "Eto na sir inaayos na". Not respectful especially the front of the house

All girls out there, Staff at the front of the house is not accomodating!
