Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Valenzuela

I mean, what can one say about Mang Inasal that hasn't already been said? It used to be OK. Now it's passable at best. The service was great and the servers were really attentive and accommodating. The food was mediocre but filled us up. I ordered paa with unli rice. Unli rice was overcooked and akin to eating mush. The thing that kinda ruined the meal was the fact that this particular establishment did not offer vinegar at all. It made it harder to digest all the salt from the chicken and soy sauce. If you're cool with this, then I'm sure you'll love it here, but eating inasal without some form of vinegar is like eating balut without salt. You can totally eat it, pero parang may kulang. Not sure why they don't...

The place was good actually. The lighting and the ceiling itself looks really nice. But the service though is where they failed. Just recently we came here on a sunday dinner. The serving took too long even longer than the time said by the cashier. We complained and we didn't even heard a single sorry. Sila pa mukang galit. Might've served the food uncooked. We didn't know. But hindi ko nilalahat. Not all their personal are like this. Mangilan lang siguro...

Malanday branch is probably the worst Mang Inasal in the entire country! My wife and children had to wait for 1hr and 30mins for our food to be served. The staff were not as accomodating as other branches, i had to go back and forth several times to chase up on our order.
