I thought all branches of Jollibee are PWD friendly but this branch doesn’t recognize PWD privileges nor give PWD discounts. Meanwhile, the other branches near this give discounts and have better overall service. I understand that service workers are underpaid and tired as well, but I hope you guys recognize our rights as PWDs. We use our card to save up money since we also spend it on our medical and other daily expenses, a little discount could do so much for us, especially to PWD students. Please recognize PWD customers, ALL PWD customers. Including those who has the card due to their mental condition.
