KFC — Restaurant in Valenzuela

I understand that the Christmas festivities has just been over, and it could be the reason why the staff during the day of our visit at KFC Fatima don't seem to be attentive. It's like they were all too tired that time, because most of them had to reconfirm the orders 3 times, there were delays in serving the food, and one customer there was kind of irate already because according to him, he had been asking for service water for lots of times and yet it wasn't given to him right away. Even the Manager doesn't seem to care, to which I'm kind of surprised, because normally they would apologize.

Extremely disappointed with the service. My order took over 20 minutes to prepare, and even after waiting, it was skipped entirely. I had to follow up myself, after which the staff scrambled and took another 5 minutes. When I finally received my order, the drink was missing, and I had to return again only to see the staff arguing before handing it over. The entire ordeal took around 30 minutes, completely defeating the purpose of a fast food restaurant. To make matters worse, the food was cold and mediocre. Horrible Online Delivery Experience – KFC Fatima

Ordered an 8-piece chicken bucket via online delivery from KFC Fatima, and they only delivered 6 pieces. No explanation, no update, just shorted the order like it didn’t matter.

I tried contacting the store and customer service, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. No urgency, no accountability. This is unacceptable coming from a well-known fast food chain.

The food was already cold, and it was such a hassle to deal with poor customer support on top of that. This was a horrible experience, and I feel scammed.
