KFC — Restaurant in Valenzuela

I won't ever buy from this branch again-it's the worst by far.The staff doesn't care if the customers are pleased or not,the ones at the counter will engage in idle chatter as you wait for your order to be served.The last straw for me was when I made my order thru their touchscreen console(btw,i thought it was a welcome improvement...haha boy,how wrong was I!),and out came this numbered stub.So I waited in line to pay for and get my order,and was about the 5th or 6th.The place was pretty busy that time as it was nearing dinner time,and I waited for about 20 minutes or so.It took that long I guess because they were prioritizing the Grab orders.Finally,I reached the counter and handed my stub to the cashier.She turned around,looked,then talked with someone and they remained in huddle for maybe a minute.She then approached me and told me that somehow,my order was already claimed by someone else.Lol,what a...

Definitely the worst KFC branch we have ever visited in years. The lights are depressing. There are scattered fries on the floor, and mind you, there are barely any customers at all! For gravy refill, they require you to carry your entire plate to the counter (where there are people ordering) to get your refill. The soup is literally just flavored water with one mushroom. Not even warm! Lastly, when you request to take out the food, you have to pack it on your own....

I appreciate the ambiance and potential of this place, but I notice something that affected my experience. While waiting for my order, the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. It gave the impression that service wasn’t a priority at the time.
