I recently dined at La Gran by Mano Mano and found the experience to be a mixed bag. The highlight of my visit was definitely the food. The dishes were flavorful and presented well, especially the seafood platter, which included fresh prawns and a variety of fried and grilled items. The black paella, rich with squid ink, was unique and tasty, though it might not be for everyone. The crispy fried chicken provided a nice crunch and tenderness inside. For dessert, the halo-halo was a delightful treat, with vibrant colors and sweet flavors combining perfectly.

However, the atmosphere at La Gran was somewhat disappointing. The decor felt a bit outdated, and the overall ambiance lacked the cozy, inviting feel that makes for a memorable dining experience. The lighting was dim, and the noise level was higher than comfortable, making it hard to have a relaxed conversation. These elements significantly detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable evening.

The service also left much to be desired. While the staff were friendly, they seemed somewhat disorganized and inattentive. We had to wait quite a while for our orders to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. Additionally, getting the attention of the waitstaff for refills or additional requests was a challenge. Overall, La Gran by Mano Mano offers some delicious dishes that are worth trying, but the dining experience is marred by subpar atmosphere and service. With some improvements in these areas, it could become a top-notch dining destination. For now, I'd recommend it if you're primarily focused on enjoying the food and are willing to overlook some of the other...

The place is nice as the ambiance too the food is not that pricey but the order takes too time to serve like for 1 hour?? Like come on the food was already 🥶 just waiting for it like especially the lechon kawali is not crunchy anymore. there are some of the waiters are kind of rude especially when they look at the young customers like we asked that young waiter if there are still place available in the east part we know it’s for vip? (Might be) as there are no place available in west part and he did even bother to show us there i mean 🙄 were not above 20’s but we have money and we have to wait for empty table and wait for the waiter to come to get our order like 😐 they are not bc anymore but😩 thank god the old waiter got there. This was our 2nd time going here and without parents at first our parents was there and the service was fast ngl they only serve first old customers like (30-50^ customers) like is these some kind of discrimination? I think they need to teach their waiters to serve their customers equally no matter the age difference. but then when our time it was so slow like we came at 6 and wait then past 6:40 the waiter came and got our order and wait my sisters took pictures for an hour and the order still didn’t came only when it almost hits at 8 it came😡 and were starving already just from waiting and waiting Ps nakakaimbyer...

Price: Mid-range Meal sizes: ✔Solo ✔Small and Big Groups Venue: Indoor, Terrace, and Private Rooms Filipino cuisine Private rooms are the only ones that are airconditioned.

PROs: ❤ A lot of options to choose, you can have a single meal or a group meal ❤ There's also several drinks to choose from and a café inside the restaurant ❤ Bathrooms are available ❤ Parking available just in front of the restaurant

CONs: • Service really needs improvement. It always takes a long time to serve the food and to call for an available waiter/waitress. I've been here twice both in the dining area and private room. • Food is not up to par with the price. There's nothing special or memorable with the food. • High chairs are not available • We had difficulty reserving a private room thru phone. It took them a while to check if there were available rooms. Have to call several times, until we decided to visit the place. Upon arriving to the location, there were a lot of rooms available and we were able to place a reservation. Hoping they will fix their...

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally came, it was served one dish at a time instead of all together. Even asking for the bill took more than an hour, which was incredibly frustrating. To make things worse, when we asked to pack our leftovers, the server immediately put the food in a plastic bag without even asking if we preferred a proper container. It felt careless and unsanitary. On top of the long delays, the server had an unprofessional attitude — they seemed impatient and uninterested in helping us, which only added to the unpleasant experience. By the time the food arrived, we had already lost our appetite. We really hope the management looks into improving both the service time and staff training, because this kind of experience is unacceptable and disappointing.
