Some of the crew members have an attitude problem. It's been my second or third unpleasant experience with Guiwan branch. Waiting for my order, I saw my number appear and disappear completely from the screen. After waiting for around 12 mins total (I was told my order would take 15 mins), I approached the counter to ask about my food, and the server with an annoyed tone told me it's been waiting for me for a long time. Restroom cleanliness is as good as their customer service, abysmal. My companions all had cold fries and burgers. My meal came with medium-sized fries but crew couldn't be bothered to give me a single packet of ketchup. I would've requested but after those rude and sassy remarks I just didn't feel like interacting anymore.
