McDonald's — Restaurant in Zamboanga City

Some of the crew members have an attitude problem. It's been my second or third unpleasant experience with Guiwan branch. Waiting for my order, I saw my number appear and disappear completely from the screen. After waiting for around 12 mins total (I was told my order would take 15 mins), I approached the counter to ask about my food, and the server with an annoyed tone told me it's been waiting for me for a long time. Restroom cleanliness is as good as their customer service, abysmal. My companions all had cold fries and burgers. My meal came with medium-sized fries but crew couldn't be bothered to give me a single packet of ketchup. I would've requested but after those rude and sassy remarks I just didn't feel like...

Happy to have this McDo as a resting place when traveling to Zamboanga. I always end up having issues ordering. Once my order at the kiosk took 30min to 45min to come. My number disappeared from the screen but the food didn't come. Recently they only had credit card for drive through or kiosk but if you order from the counter, they can't use credit card. In fairness, the worker tried very hard to make it work, only for my card to fail at the drive through. Later I had additional order at kiosk and card had no problems. The kiosks and the ability to pay with cards are a big help.

I just ordered through the drive-thru and 2 items were missing and 1 item was wrong. I ordered, 4 triple cheeseburgers, 1 mccrispy chicken sandwich, 1 happy meal with a spaghetti, fries and an icetea and 2x 10pcs. Nuggets. I got everything but the fries and the crispy chicken sandwich. I also ordered 4 bbq sauces for the nuggets but I got 2 bbq and 1 sweet n sour.
