Restauracja Neptun — Restaurant in Świnoujście

One of the very few "fancier" places in the area. Upon arrival we were ignored for 20 minutes. Once the waiter-lady finally decided to take mine and my boyfriend's order, she did not write any of it down (didn't have a notepad or a device like a tablet). A very long time passed, other clients, including those that arrived and ordered after us - mostly German - got served their drinks, yet we waited with an empty table in front of us. Our lemonade finally arrived - pretty decent. I have nothing negative to say about it. All the German customers were very loud and treated other customers badly - screaming, pushing, snarky remarks. Their kids threw food on the floor, were clearly not well-behaved. After an unacceptable waiting time our food is finally served... and it is not what we ordered. My boyfriend remarked politely that he ordered something else, and the waiter had the audacity to tell us that we were wrong and it is precisely what we ordered. It wasn't that big of a deal we ended up eating some of it, but the tone of the waiter's speach was unbearable for me. How could anyone treat a customer this way? We endured, ate the food and then wanted to pay. The waiter completely ignored us for solid 10-15 minutes even after we were done with our food. After paying we fled as fast as we could. Never coming to Neptun again.

Do yourself a favor and go to a local Kebab place or other, small businesses. Not...

The place is good. Service is fast. However I am disappointed with the service of one of the waiter who served us last August 20 at around 7pm (Guy with tattoo on his arms and black earrings). I am an Asian woman and my boyfriend is from Germany. The waiter only gives attention to him. When it is my turn to order he is rushing. Even I am not yet finished, i didnt even order my drink yet. Plus he treated me as if i dont exists and only ask my boyfriend if he is fine with the food. That time the restaurant was not full even. I felt unwelcome and discriminated. Sad because we are a repeat customer. But despite of it I will still recommend it. Because it is not fair for other workers who worked nicely just because of this one rude waiter. I just hope the management will call their attention and educate this person that he is working in the service industry and should not choose people with regards...

Ambiance was great. Nice location and good menu. BUT, it took for ages to get dinner, we waited more than an hour, the waitress did not do much to comfort us and I really had to grab her attention. Then the much anticipated food came..three dishes should have been the same. Penne, spinach chicken and cream sauce. Not one was the same and in one plate the chicken had flown through but left nothing behind; we counted 1 piece and hardly no spinach. It was just plain penne. The one dish that did have spinach and chicken was good, the fourth dish was also very good The waitress was not very friendly and certainly not proactive. Tip: if people have to wait more than an hour for the food, please give them some form of attention. If your restaurant is too big to handle: scale...
