Karczma Harnaś — Restaurant in Bielsko-Biała

I went to this restaurant for my late birthday celebration and I was not completely satisfied with my visit.

The 2 waitresses that served us were fantastic - polite and knowledgeable in terms of the menu. They were even able to recommend to us which wine to drink with which main meal. They made us feel very welcome and were just fantastic.

The food was lovely and there was a large variety of drinks on the drinks menu.

My complaint is the state and vibe of the restaurant. It's cold inside the building and it would've been nice to have heaters/radiators. There was only cold water coming out of the tap in the toilets. On top of this, my grandparents booked a reservation on the top floor and they were not notified of the refurbishments. This meant that we found out we were sitting somewhere else only once we visited the restaurant; we should've been notified and there was no information on the website about this.

This restaurant has great food and customer service, but these are undermined by the booking process and overall...

Zacznę od pozytywów: dobra obsługa, świeże produkty..koniec. Minusy: pierwszy raz poprosiłam kelnera o zabranie dania. Najbardziej sucha rolada z indyka jaką kiedykolwiek w życiu kosztowałam Oprócz tego niestety że sucha jak wiór to totalnie bez smaku i z chrząstka.. ble... problem widzę w tym że kucharz boi się używać przypraw. Bez smaku buraki ( które kocham w każdej postaci ale przyprawione), o roladzie z indyka już pisałam.., rolada wołowa miękka , trochę żylasta i tylko dzięki temu że sama wołowina ma swój aromat i smak to danie się obroniło ( ledwo) kotlet z kurczaka.. przeciętny ( trochę smakował jakby był z "gotowców " dostępnych w marketach, łosoś na granicy przesuszenia jeden kawałek, drugi idealny , dobre ziemniaczki, sałatki jak i kapusta czerwona bez smaku, frytki z paczki (na bank) , żurek "na bogato"- jajko, ziemniak,kiełbasa, grzyby, ale niestety wogóle nie kwaśny , bez przypraw poprostu ..Desery według moich towarzyszy były smaczne ( osobiście żadnego nie jadłam i nie kosztowałam) jedyna uwaga do fondue z czekolady ..powinna być lejącą czekolada w środku , niestety była zwarta, zadługo w piekarniku. Ogólnie napewno tu nie wrócę póki kucharz nie zacznie przyprawiać potraw , ma świeże produkty ktore zostają bez...

A great experience to eat and drink with friends and the children enjoyed the large play park in front. Staff were friendly and the food was good. Points for improvement are that my wine (purchased by the bottle wasn't cold) and the lighting in the seating area at night was a bit too dark to see everything (I'm not saying it...
