Be careful. Always check if you are getting what you have ordered. Two customers directly ahead of me had parts of their orders missing. So I have checked mine. Guess what? Half of the ordered number of hot wings was not there. Asked why, got a reply that 'they are very busy today'. And a forced apology, unlike the previous two people. Surely if those guys can't cope they shouldn't be in the fast food business. Interestingly, a few years ago I had exactly the same experience in another KFC restaurant in the same city. Even the excuse was the same. I must be very unlucky to always hit the rush hour, no matter what time of the day. If I knew the footfall it would be easy to calculate the 'savings' they are making; most people would just drive away and check their order at home. If I were KFC I would have a good look at the franchise agreement. This is not giving the franchise a good name. KFC in Poland will not see my custom...

Z plusów- duży parking. Ale tu koniec plusów... Wiem, że może trafiłem na taką zmianę, ale podzielę się z wami uwagami: po pierwsze kurczak spieczony, jakby w podwójnym cieście, panierce, przesuszony twardy - naprawdę nie smaczny . Kawałki powinny być soczyste , trafiłem na suche z grubą ,,otuliną,, w której trzeba było szukać tego smacznego ciasta , niestety bez skutku. Następnie obserwowałem co się dzieje na ,, składaniu,, jedzenia- nie ma systemu zaznaczania kanapek i co chwilę padały zapytania, czy to jest to? Czy to? I co chwilę- rozwijanie kanapki , zaglądanie i odpowiedź na pytanie... Nie wiem jak wygląda to w innych punktach- ale tutaj każdy miał inne spodnie,, cywilne,, nie wygląda to estetycznie i zastanawiałem się czy np . to ubranie nie uczestniczyło przed chwilą w zabawach np.psem czy wróciło z treningu jeździeckiego. No i na koniec informacja na tablicy: twoje zamówienie jest pakowane jeszcze chwilę, i stałem jak ten ....przy barze 15 min, no bo przecież zaraz będzie...gdyby była informacja ,że jest przygotowywane usiadł bym i na pewno nie było by tak nerwowo. Zapomniałem jeszcze o rozmowach prowadzącego zmianę , z kierowcą gdzie nagminnie wymieniali się głośno adresami , pod które zawiezie zamówienia. Na prawdę, przydało by się tam dużo pozmieniać bo punkt odbiega dużo od znanych...

The food was served fast and it was piling hot, suggesting that it is somewhat fresh. Staff was polite and helped me order. The place was clean and I felt comfortable eating there. My only negative is actually getting there, by car it is difficult, you can only drive into it from one of the roads directions, for the other side of the road, you'd have to drive pretty...
