DONT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!

I had my wedding here at the end of June 2025. We arrived to the venue and noticed the table placenames were in the wrong positions, we had prior given the venue the correct locations. We had prior agreement with the venue manager to not serve vodka to the table as we were paying per bottle, sure enough the staff took it upon themselves to serve multiple bottles of vodka on all the tables without consultation of myself or my wife. When asking the staff why they served it without consulting us they were rude and dismissive. We went to the venue manager to ask what happened and she apologised at the time for this but it was too late. Later in the night some glasses were broken on and around the dancefloor (the bar was also set up right on the dance floor, which is idiotic) which the staff were slow and unwilling to clean up and some guests had to clean up themselves. The staff pulled my wife aside to the kitchen and proceeded to shout at her to control the guests. (On her wedding day!) This was extremely upsetting for both of us. Empty Glasses started accumilating inside and outside the venue, the staff were not collecting any empties. At the end of the night the owner came and was demanding money for broken glasses and the proof was some empty cardboard boxes. We were staying at the venue that night so this could have all been resolved the next day instead of extorting us after having a few drinks. The next morning, the venue were also trying to charge us for an extra room and were saying we used 4 rooms instead of 3 but it was there mistake as they moved my Aunt and her child from one room to another. W styczniu tego roku zdecydowaliśmy się na wesele właśnie w Scenie Kulinarnej. Zastanawiając się nad organizacją ślubu na odległość (nie mieszkamy w Polsce), rozważałam też weeding plannera. Jednak to jak fantastycznie przemyślanym i zorganizowanym miejscem jest Scena Kulinarna okazało się ogromną ulgą, kiedy nie zdecydowaliśmy się na tę dodatkową usługę. Pani Ewelina pytała i precyzowała na wszystkich etapach o rzeczy o których sama nie pomyślałam, jak i o tym o czym myślałam ale w ferworze przygotowań zapominałam. Dodatkowo oferta jest bardzo bogata i przejrzysta. O dziesiątkach usługodawców można zapomnieć, iż Scena Kulinarna zapewnia wiele rozwiązań do których niejednokrotnie potrzeba osobnych firm. Podczas samego wesela Pani Ewelina równie czuwała jak na etapie przygotowań, upewniając się, że wszystkie nasze potrzeby są zaspokojone.

Dodatkowo polecenia innych usługodawców (jak np. firma florystyczna) były niezwykle trafne, co było bardzo pomocne w obliczu tak wielu decyzji i sprawunków ślubnych.

Obsługa na każdym szczeblu w restauracji była profesjonalna, że od samego przekroczenia progu można poczuć jakość i pasję od otaczających osób. Każdy był zaangażowany w nasze wesele, jakby było nie tylko dla nas najważniejszym wydarzeniem.

Na tyle na ile na własnym weselu można liczyć na chwilę przy stole byliśmy zadowoleni z serwowanych smaków. Zaś goście poświęcający większą uwagę serwowanym potrawom do teraz wspominają smaki z naszego wesela. Indywidualne potrzebny naszych gości zostały w 110% zapewnione - jak np. część osób z wegańskim menu czy indywidualną zmianą dla mojego męża. Goście z wegańską dietą wspominają, że to pierwsze wesele z którego nie wyszli głodni - dla nas to było bardzo ważne.

Dodatkowo mogę ocenić restaurację z perspektywy codziennego gościa. Po weselu mieliśmy okazję zjeść w restauracji, gdzie w pełni mogliśmy się skupić na doznaniach smakowych. W tym przypadku byliśmy zachwyceni serwowaną przystawką, daniem głównym i deserem. Miejsce stworzone z prawdziwym sercem, wiedzą i pasją. Trafiliśmy jeszcze wyjątkowo na dzień z muzyką na żywo, gdzie umilały nam czas dźwięki pianina.

Miejsce jest doskonale przemyślane na każdym etapie, od samego progu widać piękny klimat wnętrz - styl połączony z duchem około 100 letniego budynku. Zapach od przekroczenia progu, serwis nastawiony na potrzeby gości, kadra zażądzająca szczerze zainteresowana pojawiającymi się ludźmi, kucharze ze zdecydowanym smakiem i doświadczeniem.

Warto też zwrócić uwagę, że sam Bytom z którego pochodzi nie kojarzy się z malowniczymi krajobrazami, jednak przestrzeń wkoło restauracji co jest ważne w perspektywie ślubów jest pięknie i klimatycznie zagospodarowana. Gdzie może być to konkurencyjne dla restauracji zlokalizowanych w malowniczych miejscowościach. Choć mieliśmy ślub zimowy skorzystaliśmy z uroków przestrzeni wkoło Sceny Kulinarnej.

Na nasze kilkunastoletnie doświadczenie w usługach gastronomicznych uważam Scenę Kulinarną za jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich bywałam, a jako miejsce na wysokiej klasy wesele z uwzględnionymi indywidualnymi potrzebami - bezkonkurencyjne.

Nawet po tylu miesiącach wspominam te detale - bo są tak niesamowicie...

Amazing five star experience, we went with many doubts, but from the reviews we have tried and we have taken a wonderful experience of flavours, we ordered main dishes that not only enter by sight by its design, the taste can only be described as wonderful, each of the dishes has different flavours, when you mix them you find a different flavour!

The place is like a modern art gallery, beautiful paintings, a beautiful garden, so many pieces that fit together perfectly.

It goes without saying that the people who served us were very kind, a spectacular treatment.

Perhaps the only downside is the waiting time, but we understand that we were there on weekdays and the time it takes to make each dish takes time and this is overcompensated by the rest of the experience.
