Timo Sushi Gdańsk — Restaurant in Gdansk

We were alone in Restaurant @ 3PM. Waitress was pleasant but welcomed us by stating that waiting times for sushi is 50 minute, and that she recomends "short" menu which schould be faster. When she returned to take order several items on the menu were not available including lemons for lemonade, as "delivery did not come yet". Wege ramen was very good, salmon salads were OK. Sushi was served luke warm, taste was mediocre. Ramen with panco shrimps was served with cooked egg that was undercooked, runny and completely cold inside. Obvioulsly cooked before, kept in fridge and just dumped into ramen. Why? For that pleasure we paid close to 100 złoty each....

We had a wonderful dining experience at Timo Sushi Gdansk! My mum and I stopped by for a quick meal before heading to the airport, and it was absolutely worth it. We both ordered ramen—I had the chicken ramen, and she had the pork ramen—and both were delicious, full of rich flavours and perfectly balanced. We also tried their lemonade, which was refreshing and excellent.

I would have given five stars, but our order was delivered luke warm. If I knew this situation would happen, I would have picked it myself instead choosing delivery. Order was placed at 17:35, with estimated delivery at 19:04. When I called at 18:56 the order was ready, packed, just waiting on the driver. I wasn’t delivered till 19:30.
