That’s a great brand - KFC! However, on the highways like this they don’t really care what they cook, correctly, how they cook it. I ate today ( 17/12’18) at this place, by the way it has been my second experience there, and I became disappointed! Really disappointed! What’s the problem? First of all, the food in general. I ordered 3 mega pockets and I got them in different ways making. In mine I didn’t find cheese and potato crocket. It was a simple twister in the big wrap! It has been my first disappointing. The second one, the box was waiting for the mega pockets outside the warm place for about 11 minutes so my chicken things became cold and my French fried very sluggish -:( So, I hope that I will receive the reaction of the directions. I always liked eating here on the way to Germany. The interior is nice and it’s cool sitting here. However, the service is weaker now unfortunately. This KFC gets crowded, but there is only one cashier, and it always takes long. Same with the meal preparation. The whole team is really slow and lack energy. You lose a lot of time. Also, the self-service desk crashes in the middle of the ordering procedure. Quite frustrating to be fair. Will continue coming here, so I hope to see you...

Ein KFC direkt an der Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe zur deutschen Grenze. Doch von Franchise-Standards, Kundenservice und Hygiene hat man hier scheinbar nie etwas gehört. Ich frage mich, wie dieses Restaurant die Normen der Kette erfüllen will? Da wären das Fehlen von Menüs (Getränke und Beilagen kosten einen Aufpreis), eine, trotz Grenznähe, durchweg polnische Beschriftung, Personal, welches bei meinem Besuch nur polnisch sprach und eine sehr begrenzte Öffnungszeit (vgl. Photo). Das Geschäft war noch während des Betriebes vollständig abgedunkelt, so dass man glaubt, es sei bereits geschlossen. Lediglich am Tresen im hinteren Teil war Licht. Das Essen war gut und ähnlich dem, was wir aus Deutschland kennen. Nur bei den Teilen im Bucket wurden die Reste zusammengekratzt, um auf das erforderliche Gewicht zu kommen. Dadurch war der Anteil an frittierter Panade ohne Fleisch recht groß. Und dann hat man ein Bedürfnis, dessen man sich hier lieber nicht entledigen sollte! Die Toiletten sind geradezu ekelhaft. Der beißende Geruch von Urin auf dem Boden, ein defekter Handtrockner, das Fehlen von Papier und keinerlei Dokumentation der Reinigung versetzen einen in das Gefühl in den 90’ern auf einer öffentlichen Toilette am Berliner Bahnhof Zoo zu sein.

Diese Einrichtung hat absolut nichts mit dem KFC zu tun, wie wir es auch aus anderen europäischen Ländern kennen. Glücklicherweise gibt es unterwegs genug Alternativen, denn hier werden wir nicht...
