Restauracja Bosko — Restaurant in Gubin

The Bosko is a very pleasant surprise. It does not appear to be special from the outside, but the dining room is modern and friendly, well lit, furnished and teperatured. They also have a garden terrace with ca 8 tables. The food is a blend of local and asian foods which works quite well. I had a cabbage soup which was really well done and home made with care and experience. I also had Udon with chicken, vegetables and a sweet soy sauce. All the different veggies were on the point and the chicken tender and juicy. The people are friendly and professional, you can pay cash or by card. I will go again to try some other dishes. For me it’s probably the best restaurant around. Oh, they also have some attractive vegetarian dishes...

Restauracja mieści się w budynku dawnego hotelu "Nysa". Wybrałem to miejsce na skromny urodzinowy obiad dla mamy. To był strzał w 10!

Przyjemna atmosfera, miła obsługa, zróżnicowana karta dań. Z pewnym niepokojem każdy zamówił dla siebie coś innego i baliśmy się, że będą to zwykłe odgrzewane potrawy. Tymczasem było po prostu BOSKO!!! Dania były bardzo smaczne, przyrządzone ze świeżych składników. Kucharz ma smak i pomysł! Zaskakujące, że w tak małym mieście można prowadzić restaurację z prostymi, a jednocześnie tak ciekawymi smakami. Były także małe niedociągnięcia: zapewne ze względu na różnorodność zamówionych dań cześć potraw dostarczonych na stół była już niewystarczająco ciepła, można mieć też uwagę do długiego czasu oczekiwania na zamówione potrawy, jeśli jednak weźmiemy pod uwagę ich walory smakowe to warto było na nie poczekać chwilę dłużej. Zamówiony na koniec boski deser wynagrodził wszystkie niedogodności. Polecam! Ja tam na...

Unser absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Sehr gutes und toll angerichtetes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und ein modernes, gemütliches Ambiente. Die Speisekarte ist durchdacht, die Tellersprache exzellent. In "Mein Restaurant, Dein Restaurant" würde Mike Süßer bestimmt 9-10 Punkte vergeben.

Nachsatz: Wir waren jetzt noch zweimal zum Mittagessen im "Bosko", und können unser Lob nur erneuern. Freundliche und kompetente Kellner, eine abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte. Ich mag das Tartar als Vorspeise sehr, es ist exzellent geschnitten und gewürzt, pikant, frisch und verzehrfertig. Gleiches gilt für die schmackhafte Kürbiscremesuppe. Die Mahlzeiten sind von der Menge ausreichend, und optisch sehr gut angerichtet. Ich mag es, wenn ein Restaurant kontinuierliche Qualität bietet (was man in Gubin leider nicht von jedem Restaurant sagen kann). Für uns ist das "Bosko" immer...
