Nice place with delicious food. Excellent location, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful interior in a musical style. You can sit both inside and outside. The whole family came here, sat outside, there was a park near the restaurant, there were a lot of trees around, fresh and pleasant air. To order food, you had to go to the counter near the bar. We ordered somewhere around 11, we wanted to order the dishes we had chosen, but the girl who took the order said that the desired dishes would be available after 12. And she told us to choose soups and pizza from the morning menu. We had already placed our order, sat and waited for it to be brought, and more than 30 minutes passed and they still didn’t bring us our order. We went back to the bar and another girl was already there, we asked her where our order was and she said it was the menu after 12 which was very strange. In the end, we still had to wait for her to prepare our order, given the waiting time, we could have ordered the dish we wanted earlier and waited until 12 noon. In the photo we ordered cheese soup with croutons, red borscht with meat croquette and Capricciosa pizza. The soup and borscht were very tasty. But the pizza was tasteless and had hard edges. Restauracja ta jawi się jako przykład miejsca, w którym nie ma ani jednolitości, ani szacunku do klienta – standard jest nie tylko nieprzewidywalny, ale wręcz chaotyczny. Menu zdaje się być projektem bez stałych zasad: dania, które powinny mieć powtarzalny smak i skład, nieustannie ulegają zmianom bez żadnego powiadomienia gości. W rezultacie każdy powrót do lokalu to szansa na zupełnie inne doświadczenie kulinarne, co jest nie tylko mylące, ale i frustrujące dla stałych klientów. Niepokojące jest także podejście samych kucharzy. Brak systematyczności oraz niedbałość przy przygotowywaniu tych samych potraw sprawia, że zamawiając ulubione danie, możesz otrzymać wersję zupełnie różniącą się od poprzednich wizyt. Nawet paragon jest dowodem na absurdalną dysproporcję, gdyż wykazuje niezgodności w wycenie tych samych pozycji. Taka sytuacja rażąco odbija się na jakości obsługi i buduje obraz miejsca, w którym dbałość o detale jest jedynie pozorna. Jeszcze większy problem stanowi menadżer, odpowiedzialny za utrzymanie porządku i systematyczności całego lokalu. Zamiast aktywnie reagować na problemy, przy każdej wizycie siedzi przy komputerze i nie podejmuje żadnych działań, które mogłyby wprowadzić porządek. Jego bierna postawa świadczy o braku odpowiedzialności i zaangażowania w poprawę standardu usług. Taka postawa sprawia, że cała sytuacja wydaje się być umorzona – nie ma nikogo, kto mógłby wyprostować chaotyczny ład w kuchni czy na sali. Podsumowując, restauracja ta jest przykładem miejsca, gdzie brak spójności i odpowiedzialności psuje kulinarne doświadczenie. Klienci zasługują na pewność, że danie, za które zapłacili, będzie serwowane zgodnie z ustalonym standardem, a menadżer – odpowiedzialny za tę kontrolę – powinien wykazywać się aktywnością i dbałością o każdy detal. Niestety, obecny stan rzeczy świadczy o zaniedbanej organizacji, co nie pozostawia złudzeń co do przyszłości lokalu, jeśli nie nastąpią...

I've been coming to Poland on and off for the last 20yrs.

Whilst I mainly eat at home due to fantastic Polish hospitality, I have been using this place as my go-to meetup when catching up with friends.

Their Pizza 🍕 is great, fantastic selection of beer, cocktails and spritzers etc.

I love their Potato Pancakes with Hungarian goulash and sour cream topped with tomato and cucumber.

Service is always good, and table service is available.

I appreciate the consistency they've maintained over the last 12+ years I've been visiting.
