Sitting just in the middle of a nostalgic city park and gardens, this bistro is actually a converted medieval flour storage... We've popped down here for a quick meal on our way back from the bike trip 🏍️ ☕🍽️🍑 Food is great and reasonably priced. Menu is not overwhelming (thank you!). Some of the starters are actually big enough to be a meal on their own so take that into account when ordering. 🙋‍♂️ Staff members are super polite and busy but will come to aid whenever you need their assistance. 🎶 One of the noteworthy details is the music playlist selected by the manager, that really highlights the light and joyful atmosphere. Would like to be back during a calmer visit to explore more wonders of the city 🦊

Price is ok, about the same as other places, but given that it's not draft I can't be too enthusiastic As far as food goes though I could rate this place even higher than 5 stars: had a soup of the day for 14zl (creamy and tasty mushroom and potato dish with great spices) and a hefty portion of pork ribs that I barely managed to finish for 29zl. Excellent prices for the quality of the product and quantity. Service was swift and polite, they speak English and there's an English menu

Jedzenie Oki. Chociaż wegeburger był za suchy. Co do obsługi mam pewne zastrzeżenia i między innymi tylko 3 gwiazdki. Zaczynając od początku przyszła Pani bardzo miła zaczęła recytować z dumą dania jakie są i jakie polecają. Przy 30 stopniowym upale i przejściu 10 km chcieliśmy w pierwszej kolejności wodę dla naszego psa oraz orzeźwiające piwo. I tu chyba już się nie spodobaliśmy Pani bo powiedzieliśmy że musimy się zastanowić co chcemy zjeść. Żona idąc do toalety umyć ręce usłyszała od Pani kelnerki pokrzepiające słowa 'Ja nie będę obsługiwała tego stolika!!! '. I tu właśnie nie wiem czym sobie załużyliśmy na taki tekst. Podejrzewamy że chodziło o to że ja nie miałem koszuli, spodni w kant a żona zwiewnej sukienki. Byliśmy ubrani normalnie spodenki i podkoszulek plus czapka (30 stopni upału robi swoje). Dobijając do brzegu. Zanim przeczytalismy pierwszą stronę menu ( od razu wzięliśmy się za lekturę po pierwszym łyku piwa) podeszła inna Pani też bardzo miła z zapytaniem czy już jesteśmy zdecydowani. Niestety też podpadliśmy bo nie byliśmy (przypomniała mi się w tym momencie moja obrona pracy licencjackiej). Po zapoznaniu się z menu postanowiliśmy zamówić cheeseburgra i wcześniej wspomnianego wegeburgera. Danie dostaliśmy szybko i tu 1 gwiazdka. Cheeseburgrer był niezły, frytki ekstra do tego sałatka kolesław. Wegeburger z czarnej fasoli był suchy robiony na szybko i był średni. 2 gwiazdka dla drugiej Pani kelnerki bo chociaż jej podpadliśmy to zachowała profesjonalism. 3 gwiazdka za to że dostaliśmy wodę dla psa. A i na koniec Pani nr 1 na koniec odważyła się przyjść z rachunkiem i nadzieją na napiwek. Choć z niesmakiem to że względu na psa i mojego Cheeseburgrera mogę polecić tą knajpę chociaż to była nasza ostatnia wizyta.

Just finished our burgers at this bistro. Burgers were just average, if you want ketchup you have to pay for it . No salt or pepper on the tables , on tiny square napkin each. All out of soup. The waitress was clearly not interested in providing us the same attention she did the Polish patrons. She did not ask if we enjoyed our meal like she did the others and she was not interested in taking our dishes away. Walked by us several times , finally we had to ask for the bill. It’s unbelievable that in this day and age this unwelcoming attitude is still tolerate in Poland. Our patronage as tourists is what pays the bills. We suggest going a bit further to the more authentic polish restaurant where it’s less fancy atmosphere but much...
