Unfortunately, even though waiting for the service is way too long at the restaurant, they did not confirm and even declined the reservation made a day before the visit. Very non-client oriented management. The menu is overpriced, but the dishes are good. The waiters Vasyl, Nazar, and Anna are really the best. Agree. The food, service, and atmosphere remain wonderfully family-friendly. Special thanks to Krzysztof for the warm and attentive service; it was a pleasure to be hosted by someone so helpful and well-prepared. One note regarding the steaks: unfortunately, their size has noticeably decreased over the years. Even though the restaurant chain offers good discounts and the overall dish quality remains consistently good at this location, the portion size — especially for the meat — matters to us, as we visit specifically for a great, hearty meat experience. Even my son pointed out that the amount of meat per dish has shrunk compared to six months ago, while prices have increased. We truly enjoy coming here and sincerely hope this aspect might improve...

I went for breakfast with my girls. The food was very fresh and the service was top notch. Tomeck welcomed us and we quickly got a table allocation. We did not wait a long time for food or for anything generally. He made sure we got everything we wanted just as we ordered and he is very friendly, very patient, welcoming and he is always smiling. Wonderful service, something not easy to come by in today's Poland. Food was completely average and really quite expensive for what it really is. Beer also expensive although the jugs of Lech aren't so outrageous.

Not sure who to recommend this place to. If you have money to spend and want to go for an evening out, there are way better options out there at similar or better prices.

In reality, a slightly confusing experience with a great waiter thrown in.
