The view was absolutely stunning, and the food truly made me happy—it was delicious and clearly made with care. Sitting there, enjoying the scenery with a tasty meal, felt like a perfect moment.

But all that joy was ruined by the terrible service. The fact that food isn't brought to your table is frustrating enough, but there’s no system to let you know when it’s ready. I was told to come back in 20 minutes, which led to me getting up twice just to check if my food was done. In this day and age, and for the price we paid—150 PLN for two meals with beer—it’s unacceptable. This kind of service turns a beautiful experience into a major disappointment. They seriously need to rethink how they treat their guests.

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited more than 30 minutes just to be seated, even though there were several empty tables. When we were finally seated, the staff seemed completely uninterested in serving us. After another long wait, they simply ignored us and refused to take our order. The service was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The waiters acted like we were a burden rather than customers. No apology, no explanation, nothing.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are plenty of much better places in Zakopane where the staff actually care about...

Service was okay - bit understaffed so things took a while. Fries were barely warm, mainly cold if you don't eat them fast and straight away. The reason for the low review is the payable toilet - paying to use the WC as a customer is unacceptable behaviour and leaves a sour taste - will not be visiting again for this reason. Cocktails are very good, atmosphere is lively and cozy with the warm fire. Overall the food is good also. Please bear in mind the mountain view can be restricted by the winter.
