This restaurant boasts a stunning view of a beautiful lake surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tranquil ambiance through its large windows. Located in a renovated hotel with a hint of 80s flair, it exudes a charming character.

While the food was excellent, the service fell short. The staff seemed somewhat awkward and lacked knowledge of wines. Service was adequate but not exceptional, which is a missed opportunity given the ambiance and outstanding cuisine.

The main course was a bit disappointing, with the sweet potatoes and breaded squid being too sweet and lacking a savory contrast. Nevertheless, I would be willing to give the restaurant another chance, although my request for a window table was unfortunately not...

I went here with work colleagues. It was, in general, a great lunch. We chose the executive menu, which varies each day with 2 options for each course. The appetizer, tuna tartare, was great. The main dish was "Chanfana", a stewed veal. It was tender and delicious. Then we had a small cake with ice cream, and it was good. Almoçamos no restaurante Pateira e não poderíamos ter escolhido melhor! Com uma vista incrivel sobre o lago, um ambiente acolhedor e elegante, comida divinal e uma carta de vinhos diversamente interessante. Para começar o couvert era de extremo bom gosto, com diversos tipos de pão todos muito bons, azeitonas maravilhosamente bem temperadas e um paté delicioso. Optámos pelo arroz de marisco para prato principal, não nos arrependemos, com optimo marisco, super bem confeccionado .... podemos dizer que foi dos melhores, se não o melhor arroz de marisco que já haviamos comido! Para terminar comemos a sobremesa do dia : leite creme também muito bom. Para tornar a nossa refeição ainda mais especial, temos de referir a Ana, que nos atendeu, sempre muito preocupada em servir-nos estupendamente bem ! O mundo seria um lugar mais feliz com mais restaurantes como a Pateira e mais colaboradores como a Ana...
