I had a rather disappointing experience at Nata Cafe this morning. Firstly, there was no “Bom Dia” or any kind of greeting when I walked in, which set a negative tone right away. A simple smile and a friendly greeting are especially important in the morning, but the staff seemed indifferent.

Moreover, I ended up waiting for 10 minutes while the staff were engaged in a lengthy conversation with the client before me.
